New Volkswagen with Taigun GT Review

Volkswagen finally Launched its new Taigun GT in India. The Volkswagen Taigun was also shown in the 2020 auto Expo. The presence of Volkswagen Taigun is very eye-catching and gives tough competition to its Rivals like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Mahindra XUV 700, Tata Harrier, Maruti Brezza and Skoda Kushaq. The Price of New Taigun Starts from 10.49 Lakhs and goes upto 17.54 Lakhs Ex-Showroom.  

The vehicle is available in 5 different colors and Volkswagen do offer 4 years/ 1 Lakh km standard warranty. The Taigun GT line model is one of the most Attractive SUV by Volkswagen.

The Taigun comes with the same compact engine which is also available in Polo and Vento. The 1.0 Litre TSi 3 cylinder Turbo charged petrol engine produces 114 BHP and 178 NM Torque.  The 1.5 Litre TSi Evo 4 cylinder with ACT technology Turbocharged Petrol engine produces 148 BHP and 250 NM of torque. The Same 1.5 Liters ACT engine also offered in T-roc with same performance.

The 1.0 Litre engine comes with 6 speed manual claimed mileage is 18 Kmpl  and 6 speed Automatic (with Torque Converter 6 speed, Paddle Shift and Sport Mode) claimed mileage is 16 Kmpl. The 1.5 Litre engine comes with 6 speed manual claimed mileage is 18 Kmpl and 7 speedAutomatic ( with Dual Clutch, Paddle Shift and Sport mode) claimed mileage is 17.88 Kmpl.
