2020 Volkswagen T-Roc Mid Size Suv For India

Volkswagen showcased its T-Roc Mid Size Suv at the India Auto Expo and the company is soon going to launch it in India with almost similar features like the European Space model. The T-Roc is based on the Volkswagen Golf platform and when golf compared to T-Roc, the T-Roc is 50 mm shorter in length, 30 mm wide, 117 mm longer and 250 mm shorter than the Tiguan. The front of the vehicle is well designed, DRL’s with an almost rectangular design with honeycomb structure grille inside the DRL’s and the front long gray color skid plate on the bumper provide aggressive look. Volkswagen showcased its T-Roc R Line variant at Auto expo with ten spokes dual tone alloy wheels that looks amazing on the vehicle and all four wheel disc brakes .

Most of the design elements are derived from the Tiguan which is under sale in India.The most attractive part of the vehicle is its panoramic sunroof which helps to enhance the feeling of luxury inside the cabin. Panoramic sunroof helps to illuminate the cabin with natural light. sunroof also offer more viewing area for the passengers.

In abroad the vehicle is powered by different engines which are 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine, 1.4 Liter Tsi, 1.5 Tsi Liter petrol, 2.0 liter petrol, 1.6 Liter diesel and 2.0 Liter diesel engine. The 1.0 liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol engine produce 115 PS of power and 200 Nm of torque. Its boot space is 445 liters which is quit spacious and good for long journey. In India it is going to be powered by 1.5 Tsi Turbocharged petrol engine which produce 150 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. With this engine T-Roc take just 8.4 sec from 0 to 100 and its top speed is 204 Kmph.

The body-color treatment can be seen inside the vehicle on dashboard, center console and front doors. It is going to equipped with features like Auto Climate Control, Dual Zone Climate Control, 12 volt Front Charging Point, Electronic Parking Brake, Front Arm Rest, Front Cup Holder and Height Adjustable all head rests. The most attractive thing inside the vehicle is the use of body color on the panel and seats with dual tone color finish.

The 8.0-inch touch screen infotainment display inside vehicle looks great. This system is going to come with all features which are important within every infotainment system like USB, AUX, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, Navigation, Bluetooth and more.

For the safety, it is going to be equipped with, 6 Airbags, ABS, ESP, ASR, MSR, Hill Assist, front and Rear Parking Sensors, rear view Parking Camera. T-Roc earned 5 Star Safety Rating in Euro Ncap Crash test.
