New 2020 Tata Altroz Review, Performance And Features

We are gonna tell you about the Tata next generation Sub-Compact hatchback car which is Altroz. Altroz was first seen in 2018 year auto expo India. At that time Altroz was a Concept car and named as 45x concept car.
After a year later of Indian Auto Expo the 45x concept Tata revealed real look of 45x in the Geneva Auto Show and named as Altroz. This all new premium subcompact hatchback by TATA build on newly designed Platform called as ALFA ARC platform. As per Tata the ALFA platform is designed to be lightweight and strong enough to provide safety to its passenger and Tata Altroz proved its Build quailty in the Global NCAP Crash test by getting 5 Star rating. After crash test Altroz become India first subcompact hatchback to get 5 Star safety rating in crash test.

Special Feature
Tata added a new feature in its Altroz Hatchback which is the smart band (Wearable Key) cames with the vehicle, the smart band having all kinds of feature which are basically required in smart key with the help of smart key band you can unlock Altroz with out any problem like a smart person. As per Tata they say goodbye to the Bulky keys carrying with you and enjoy real key less entry with wearable smart band with the help of this you’ll be able to drive Altroz any where. This important feature is first time offered in this segment in India. The smart band key is offered only in high-end vehicle like Land Rover.

Engine
Tata Alroz powered by two different engine which are 1.2 Liter petrol and 1.5 liter diesel engine with BS6 Emission Standard. The 1.2 liter 3 cylinder Inline Revotron engine produce 85 Bhp power and 113 Nm torque. Another 1.5 Liter Turbocharged Revotron Diesel engine produce 89 Bhp power and 200 Nm torque. The engine is mated to 5 speed manual gearbox and fuel tank capacity 37 Litres.

Design
The design of vehicle is attractive as premium hatchback compared to any other Tata family hatchback vehicle and Altroz looks almost similar to its concept 45x design shown in 2018 Auto Expo in Delhi. There is a black glossy finish given on boot door and at front grille of vehicle. From Front to Rear the vehicle looks very aerodynamic and very stylish. The rear passenger door handle is kind like inspire from Beat and Swift to give look of hot hatchback vehicle. Like other Tata vehicle Altroz too comes with dual Tone and single Tone color option. Tata Altroz shows the evolution of next generation design concept of company and future planning in some point. Its front head light comes with Halogen projector headlamps that goes front to side and ends over the front wheel. in other words we can say that it is a real beast of hatchback segment launched by Tata in the market.

Dimensions
The dimensions of vehicle are wheelbase of 2501 mm, ground clearance 165 mm,Best in class boot space 345 Litres, Fuel Tank Capacity 37 liters and Height 1523 mm which is almost quite similar to it rivals. In bad road conditions ride comfort for passengers is good and seats too comes with nice support comfort and also decent legroom space is offered inside cabin.

Cabin
The space inside the cabin is most important for every vehicle. In Altroz the front having good amount of leg and head room space even for 6 feet person and the huge 15 litre storage space inside the glove box with cooling feature represent the best way to use every inch space inside the vehicle. In the second row the leg room space is also good. Tata manage to reduce the center floor hump to almost small so all the three persons can sit comfortably for long journey. The rear center ac vents with 12 volt power point at rear gives a feeling of more luxurious for those who are at back and the comfort is quite nice.
