2020 Ford Endeavour 2.0 Detailed Review

Ford Endeavor which is also known as Ford Everest in many countries around the world and like the name it also shows its own style, performance and ready to go on any kind of road conditions. The muscular design and wider body structure of the vehicle helps to enhance the looks. Through Endeavour design Ford proved that the big muscular design on the SUV also looks better without following too much modern design language and they used little amount of modern design like on their lights. From every viewing angle, vehicle looks so eye-catching and gives the feel of luxury on wheels. The Ford Endeavor from the front End looks almost identical to the Ford Ranger and it seems that the Ranger design is inspired from Endeavour. Currently Ford Endeavour is giving tough competition to its rivals like Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq, Mahindra Alturas G4.

When it comes to designing, there is no doubt that Ford design some of the best vehicles around the world which looks very attractive. In Endeavour, there are no some special elements that helps to enhance the looks of vehicle means the whole design together creates stylish appearance. To design front end of the vehicle, Ford designer made almost everything bigger and bigger and then they stick all elements together Like front chrome finish grille with Ford logo, Skid plate on the bumper and headlights. The headlights comes with projector and DRL lights. The gray color front skid plate remains the same in all variants. On the front bumper, you can easily notice parking sensors and horizontal fog-lamps. The fixed side step makes it easy to get in/out of the vehicle. The Chrome insert is also used on the side of the vehicle like on door opening handles, ORVM’s and along with Orvm’s, the company has also installed a turn light indicator. Ford Endeavor all variants comes with all wheel disc brakes, sportier Dual 6 spoke 18-inch alloy wheels and 266/60 mm R18 tire size. The presence of disc brake on All-wheels helps to reduced stopping distances and increase the confidence of driver on vehicle while driving at high speed. Like the front end, the rear end of Endeavour too look attractive. The tail lights comes with Led stop lights.

The Ford Endeavour is powered by the new 2.0 Litre Eco-Blue Variable Geometry Turbocharged Diesel Engine which produces 167 Bhp of peak power at 3500 rpm and 420 Nm of Torque at 2000 rpm. The engine is mounted with a new 10 speed automatic gearbox in 2 wheel drive offer Mileage of 13.4 Kmpl. 4 wheel drive (4 high and 4 Low) is available in top end variant with Limited Slip Differential and Differential Lock. When you get inside the vehicle, first thing that going to draw all your attention is the Panoramic Sunroof which helps to improve the luxury feel inside the vehicle and Ac vents placed on the either side of roof for rear passengers with fan speed control. The Panoramic Sunroof roof also allow natural light to enter inside the cabin. The soft touch elements are used around the cabin like on the door panels, seats and on the dashboard. Ford used three color theme finish around the cabin, so that passengers would feel extremely comfortable inside the vehicle. The chrome finish around the front Air vents, between the center air vent, 8″ inch touchscreen infotainment system is placed and below the system you are going to notice the Auto-climate control with dual zone climate control. In front of the automatic gearbox stick, fast charging port, 12 volt power point, USB and aux points are available. Between the front seats, two cup holders and armrest is placed. Below the center armrest, another storage space is given by the company in vehicle. The front and second row offers decent amount of head/ leg room space for the passengers and 3rd row is more suitable for the children if you plan for long journey and also you can adjust the high of each headrest available. All four doors come with bottle holder space and multimedia speakers.

The second row armrest comes fitted with retractable cup holders if required you can use them. 12 volts power points are installed by the company on each row. The 8.0 inch touchscreen infotainment system comes with all kinds of features like USB, Aux, Bluetooth, Android, Apple car play, Navigation, Voice command, iPod Compatibility, Voice Command, CD/DVD Player and Radio.
